Fishing is one of the Life Skills you can learn inside the Eternal Biosphere. With Fishing, you catch fish, trade them for Calorie Points, and distill them into powerful Stat Tonics (STR, AGI, VIT, INT, DEX, LUK).

  • Role: Teaches fishing, gives tasks, and levels you up.

  • Role: Accepts fish, converts them into Calorie Points, and distills Tonics.

🎣 Getting Started

• Wear a Fisherman’s Hat (rent a trial from Caretaker if you don’t own one).

• Learn the Interact skill (given by Caretaker if you don’t have it).

• Talk to the Fishing Instructor to begin.

• Receive Wriggling Bait ×10 to start fishing.

✅ You are now Fishing Lv.1.

🎣 Fishing Progression

Follow the Instructor’s tasks step by step. Each must be completed to unlock the next.

🐟 Fishing Lv.1

• Fish 20 times at water spots (Interact skill).

• Fish 15 more times.

• Catch 15 Slimy Eel.

• Fish 75 times.

• Craft Dash Juice ×5 at the Campsite Cauldron (requires gathered fish ingredients).

✅ Reward: Advance to Fishing Lv.2.

🐟 Fishing Lv.2

• Fish 50 times.

• Locate & hammer 2 Aquarings (Interact skill on Aquarings).

• Catch 30 of a random fish (the Instructor specifies which one).

• Trade fish at the Tonic Crafter to distill 5 Stat Tonics.

✅ Reward: Advance to Fishing Lv.3.

🐟 Fishing Lv.3 (Max)

• Unlocks rare fish:

  • Nimble Octopus

  • Lucky Koi

  • Bull Shark

  • Ancient Squid

  • Swift Sturgeon

  • Fatty Tuna

• Continue fishing to earn rare catches.

• Trade fish at the Tonic Crafter to make Tonics:

  • STR, AGI, VIT, INT, DEX, LUK Tonics

• Distillation cost: 7,500 calories → produces 3–5 random Tonics.

• Bulk turn-in: Convert all fish in inventory at once into calorie points.

🧪 Tonic System (via Tonic Crafter)

• Turn in Fish → Calories: Each fish adds points to a specific stat pool. Example:

  • Strong Mackerel → STR Calories

  • Nimble Octopus → DEX Calories

  • Lucky Koi → LUK Calories

• Distill Tonics:

  • Spend 7,500 calories from a stat pool.

  • Get 3–5 random tonics for that stat.

  • Tonics grant strong temporary buffs.

• Check Calories: Tonic Crafter shows your current calorie totals per stat.

• Lv.1 → Lv.2: Access to mid-tier fish (Strong Mackerel, Swordfish, Tough Fish, Baby Squid, Small Octopus, Charmed Carp).
